VR EXPERIENCE
We use a virtual football simulator, with several game modes. It places us as goalkeepers, where we have to stop all the shots at goal, and as strikers, finishing with our heads.
The game is timed and we must get the highest score, as goalkeepers, we will receive a multitude of shots from numerous positions, we must stop them and if we also manage to catch the ball we will get more points, for this mode we will use the virtual reality glasses along with the VR controllers with which we will get the positioning of the hands in the game.
As strikers, we will have to head all the balls, the one who scores the most goals and the most goals with highest score will get the most points. In this case, we will only need virtual reality glasses.
The Game
The handling of the simulator is very simple, in a few seconds we understand how it works and all we can think about is stopping balls and scoring goals. It is possible to turn the virtual reality event into a tournament to reward the winners. Divide the competition into two categories, senior and junior, and have them compete in the same conditions as the VR game.
At the end of each game, we would give the scores obtained, we would collect them on score boards and the winners would receive a prize. In this way, we encourage participation and even encourage them to come back and try to beat their scores.
Options
In the space for these simulators, we have two virtual reality stations, which can be extended if desired.
We recommend this activity for ages 7 and up so that the VR goggles fit correctly on the head and there are no visual problems.
